Imagine owning more than fifty hectares of untouched country, a place which has not been explored for more than 100 years.  Tropical butterflies with brilliant blues, psychedelic yellows and greens, fill the air - no pesticides have ever touched the land.  Over 100 yrs ago, this forest was part of the now long gone Hacienda X-Copteil, named for the native ironwood which grows here.  There are the remains of stone roads, perhaps laid by the hacienda, perhaps dating much further back.

A well will need to be drilled for water, although this is near the surface and the drilling and windmill are not very expensive.
Make this your retreat or private nature reserve, or grow citrus, papaya, etc.  This land has good title. Owner wants to sell fast!
