With a total area of 109 hectares (269 acres), Finca Puja is off the free road to Cancun, half way between the villages of Kantunil and Holca.  Entrance is on 2.5km of all weather dirt track. Electricity lines are on the main road, and the cost of bringing it in to the land probably makes it out of the question - so think solar, generator etc.

Located about 45 miles east of Merida in a fertile area famous for its many Mayan sites and colonial missions.  Absolutely clear title, with all documentation in order opens the path for, perhaps, a great eco-tourism adventure complex.

The land includes some beautiful arches, small construction, a large lake, one cave, beautiful native flora and interesting fauna, good land for agriculture and cattle. The construction consists of one small one room house used by cowhands and several corrals. There are several wells, onw with a windmill near the house.

Due to the remote location and time it takes to visit, please allow a half-day, and for the same reason, we will have to charge $75 to cover costs, (gladly and fully refundable at closing).
